Warranty Claim

We Provide 6 (Six) month or 180 days service warranty on some specific products. if you face any kind of issues in our product during this period then you have to contact us. we will check your validation and will contact you within 24h.

we provide digital service warranty all over Bangladesh. If you face any kind of problem in our product during the warranty period then we will send e delivery pan to your address. He will pickup the parcel and sent to our location. After received the product we will send it service center for service your product. If its need any parts change or replace then additional charge may apply. after servicing the product we will sent it to your location.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
